- The project will last for three years.
- With an inversion of approximately 30 millions dollars.
- This includes the building of the heart project, everything that relates to the infrastructure (like wells, streets, services and golf course, etc.)
- We expect to build three neighborhoods of about 50 lots each one.
During the first stage, the possibilities of inversion are:
LOTS BY THE GOLF COURSE (no more than 30)
- The average size of the lots can vary between 5.000 m2 and 1 hectare.
-There will be no second row of lots facing the golf course.
LOTS OVERLOOKING THE MOUNTAINS (no more than 30)
-The minimum average size of these lots is about 5.000 m2 each one.
VINEYARDS PROPERTIES (no more than 20)
- The average size of these lots is about 2, 5 hectares. 2 hectares will be planted and the other ones will be appointed to house building.
AYMURAY TAYLOR MADE
- The minimum you can buy is about 1 hectare.
- Access to the Aymuray Golf Club Membership.
- Access to one week a year in the houses of the village.
- The difference between vineyards properties and Aymuray Taylor Made is that you won´t be able to build houses in the latter one. Aymuray Taylor Made will be a large area of only vineyards.
