When you buy land in the vineyards of Aymuray you are acquiring the right to make your own wine or harvesting and selling your premium grapes.
When you buy in Aymuray you may choose to be advised on every step from the selection of the best land at different heights for each variety selected, through to the label with your name or brand. The end product will be uniquely ‘you’.
A centralised administration will take care of the vineyards throughout the year and take responsibility for transforming the grapes into the best wines.
The quantity and quality will differ with each harvest but it is estimated that on average it will be possible – with the income from the sale of the grapes, without added cost – to produce 1000 bottles of top quality wine per year per hectare of vineyard.
Each individual owner will be allocated their own wine cellar in which to store their wine beneath the Aymuray hills. The oenologist, who will have overall responsibility for harvesting, wine-making and storage processes, will be selected from the world’s most qualified individuals.
